How Dali works

Most questions, for riders and drivers. In-app Help is for tickets once you have an account.

Riders

Set pickup (we use your GPS, or pin it). Add a drop-off for an estimate, or skip drop-off and pay the taxi meter. Tap Yala. You will see the cash fare, promo field, and Request Dali. The map shows the road between A and B. Use Back if you need to change pickup or drop-off.

Drivers

Finish documents and wait for approval. Keep your company charge account at or above the minimum. Then go online. If the balance is too low, you stay offline.
