On an active trip, riders and drivers can send SOS. Support sees the ride and the GPS. Use it only in an emergency.

Riders
The red SOS control is on the active ride. Support is notified with your trip and location. You can also report if the person who arrived is not the assigned driver.
Drivers
SOS is on the active trip. Support sees the ride and your location. For a no-show after you arrived, use the cancel flow on the ride.
Lost item
After a completed trip, report a lost item from that trip, or open Help and choose Lost item so support can match rider and driver.
