Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your access to Dali Taxi — the rider app, the driver app, and this website. The service is operated by Saudi Information Technology LLC. Using Dali Taxi means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Jurisdiction: Jordan·Language: English
1. Contract
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to anyone who uses Dali Taxi from any country, for rides requested or provided in Jordan. The provider is Saudi Information Technology LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). Dali Taxi is a cash ride-hailing platform: the rider pays the driver in the car, in Jordanian dinar.
Please read these Terms before you create an account, tap Yala, or go online as a driver. Accessing or using the apps or website creates a contract between you and the Company. These Terms replace any earlier arrangement about the same subject, unless a written supplement says otherwise.
We may change the Terms. The new version applies when we publish it on this website or in the apps. If you keep using Dali Taxi after that, you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the service.
Extra rules may apply to a promo, event, or feature. Those rules sit on top of these Terms. If they conflict, the extra rules win for that promo or feature.
We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Notice on this website. We may share contact and trip details with support, insurers, or authorities when needed to handle a complaint, accident, or legal request.
2. The service
Dali Taxi is a technology platform. It lets riders request a nearby cash trip and lets approved drivers see and accept those requests. The Company does not itself operate as a taxi carrier. Transport is provided by independent drivers — licensed yellow taxis or private cars model year 2018 or newer — who are not employees of the Company unless we say so in a separate written contract.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the rider or driver app on your own device, and to use the content we show in the service, only for lawful personal use of Dali Taxi. We and our licensors keep all other rights, including the Dali name, mark, and software.
- Do not remove copyright or trademark notices, copy or sell the apps, reverse-engineer them except as the law allows, scrape or overload the service, or try to break into our systems.
- Maps, place search, WhatsApp one-time codes, and the App Store or Google Play are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy rules apply to those tools. We do not control Apple, Google, Meta, or Bird and they are not parties to this contract.
- These Terms do not give you any right to use our name or logo except as needed to use the apps in the ordinary way.
3. Your use
Most features need an account. You must be at least 18 years old. Registration uses your mobile number and a one-time code. You agree to keep your name and other details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your OTP or let someone else use your account. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The service is not for children under 18. You may not send a minor on a trip alone. Use Dali Taxi only for lawful trips. Do not harass, threaten, or damage property belonging to a rider, a driver, or anyone else. We may ask for ID. If you refuse, we may block the account.
By creating an account you agree we may send service messages (OTP, trip status, support) to your phone. Turning those off may stop the apps from working normally.
- Promo codes are for the person and purpose we state. They are not cash, may expire, and we may cancel a code or a wrongly applied discount if we believe it was used in error or in bad faith.
- Ratings, ticket text, lost-item notes, and photos you send stay yours, but you give us a licence to use them to operate support, safety, and the product.
- You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, or that we reasonably judge harmful. We may remove it.
- You pay for your own mobile data and device. The apps may be delayed by the internet or GPS. We do not promise they will work on every phone.
- Drivers must stay pending until admin approves them, keep the company account funded to go online, and follow the green-card then yellow-card offer rules, including honest ETAs.
4. Payment
The trip fare is cash from the rider to the driver in the car, in JOD. The in-app rider wallet is not for the fare. It is for cancel fees, extra waiting after the free minutes, and optional compliments. Amounts shown before Yala are estimates unless you skip drop-off and pay the taxi meter.
After a driver accepts, some cancel reasons are free and some debit the wallet. After Arrived, cancel may carry a set fee. There is a daily cancel limit. Waiting after Arrived is free for the first minutes, then added to the cash fare.
Drivers keep the cash. The Company takes commission from the driver’s prepaid company account — from 10% for yellow taxis and private cars. Some penalties also come from that account. If the account is too low, the driver cannot stay online.
Quotes can change with traffic, a different route, waiting, or a change of drop-off. Promos apply only as shown on the fare screen. Fees charged under these Terms are final unless we or the law require a refund.
You are responsible for damage or extra cleaning to a vehicle beyond ordinary wear if it comes from your use of the trip. We may review a driver’s report and, if we accept it, collect a reasonable amount from the rider wallet or ask you to pay the driver in cash.
5. Disclaimer, liability, indemnity
The platform is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that every match will be instant, that every estimate will match the cash paid, or that every driver or rider will be suitable. You use the service at your own risk to the extent Jordanian law allows.
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network, GPS, or map-provider outages. We are not a party to the cash payment in the car except as these Terms say for wallet fees and commission.
Nothing in this section takes away rights that Jordanian consumer or other mandatory law does not let us exclude.
You agree to indemnify the Company and its officers and staff against claims and reasonable costs that arise from your misuse of Dali Taxi, your breach of these Terms, content you submit, or your violation of someone else’s rights, including a rider or driver.
6. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have as a consumer.
If you have a complaint, use Help in the app or on this website first. We will try to resolve it. You may also use any complaint path that Jordanian law gives you.
7. Other terms
Notices from us may appear in the apps, on this website, or by WhatsApp to the number on your account. Notices to us may be sent through Help, or in writing to Saudi Information Technology LLC, for the attention of Dali Taxi, Jordan.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a buyer of the business.
If a court strikes out one clause, the rest stay in force. The words “including” mean “including without limitation”. These Terms are the whole agreement about using Dali Taxi, together with the Privacy Notice and any written supplement we give you.
The Arabic text is provided for users in Jordan. If you use the English site, the English text applies to that use. If both apply and they conflict, the Arabic version prevails for use in Jordan.
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Notice.
